Denny's Wildlife Canes

Two views of Denny's Moose Cane.  One of his first carvings

Denny was busy at Christmas making the two canes above.  One a wife bought for her husband who always dreamed of bagging a 10 point buck.  Now he has his own.  The other was a German Shepherd that a daughter bought for her father replicating the dog that he loves.

The Caribou you see above was a replica of a Caribou discovered in Newfoundland several years ago.
The cane stems themself come in two different types.  Some are twisted vine sticks that are found in the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee.  Others Denny orders from Ohio Amish Woodmakers.  The heads of course are hand carved painted and varnished.

Here we have eagles and wolves.
